I had the perfect wedding- the groom, the dress, the band, you name it. The only thing that wasn’t quite right was the ring- my mother-in-law REALLY wanted me to use her engagement and wedding ring set. She is like a second mother to me, and I didn’t want to hurt her feelings, so I accepted it as my ring. It’s nice enough, but it didn’t feel like mine- it didn’t feel special or personal. My wonderful husband realized how important it was for me to have something that was really personal, so he had the rings engraved for me, making them Personalized Wedding Jewelry! He added our names and the date of our engagement and then our wedding on the inside of the respective bands! Now I can wear the rings, knowing that I am making my mother-in-law happy, and knowing that they are special and personal to me.
