I recently lost my wallet. I had to get a new driver’s license. I had to cancel all of my credit cards too. I also lost my forklift certification card when I lost my wallet. I am waiting to find out if I can get a replacement card or if I have to retake the exam in order to get a new one. Until I find out one way or the other, I am not permitted to operate the forklift at work. I understand that the company has to protect itself, but now I have to lift heavy boxes and transport them by hand.
